Q. What activity or person from your youth influenced you most and provided you with life wisdom?

A. I played soccer at a fairly elite level throughout my youth and into college. I had an amazing opportunity to play semi-pro in Norway for a summer before deciding to focus on my career and family. This experience taught me incredible work ethic, team building, and endurance.

Q. How would your colleagues describe you and what you bring to the team and to clients?

A. Both our internal team at Badger and many of our clients look to me for strategic vision and recommendations to solve complex problems. It’s important to pay close attention to details and identify early warning signs before they become obstacles.

Q. What would you say is the biggest opportunity for your clients today to achieve financial wellness?

A. I believe embracing delayed gratification is important so that you can reinvest into your business for future benefit. It’s good practice to keep a founder’s mentality and run as late as possible, then reinvest to scale and avoid lifestyle inflation.

Q. Which of the company’s core value(s) resonates with you most?

A. Results matter.
