Our Proven Process

STEP 1

Initial Meeting

We share what we do, how we work, and what the benefits are if you choose Badger CPA. We discuss your financial circumstances, your goals, your values, your concerns, and what you want out of an advisory relationship.

STEP 2

Action Plan Meeting

A two hour meeting where we gain an understanding of the business, identify areas for improvement and develop the Implementation Plan.

STEP 3

Implementation

Over three to six months, we build your F&A system, clean up the accounting system, streamline the processes and develop the tax planning strategy.

STEP 4

Monthly & Ongoing

We provide weekly scorecard reporting, close the monthly financials, facilitate monthly financial review and provide enhanced reporting and KPI tracking.

STEP 5

Quarterly Pulsing

Quarterly forecasting, tax planning, goal setting and adjust scope of services as needed.
