Lynn Weirich, AIFA®, RHU®, CLU®, CHFC®

Lynn Weirich is a shareholder, cofounder, and president of Business Financial Group, LLC (BFG). The team at BFG helps business owners manage their back-office responsibilities related to their most important asset: their people. Services include payroll processing, timekeeping, onboarding, training, HR information systems, personnel practices and procedures, employee handbooks, employee benefits, retirement plans, and succession, financial, and business planning.

Lynn is the chief fiduciary for BFG’s Retirement Plan and Employee Benefits areas, and as such, she has oversight of all activities of the Retirement and Benefits departments. She also oversees firm operations and compliance.

Lynn is also a founding member of the San Antonio chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-SA).  In 2017, Lynn was invited to serve at a national level on NAWBO’s Council on Healthcare, Pension, and Workforce Issues, which involves meeting with legislators in Washington, DC, to advocate on behalf of business owners.

Amanda Larson, CEBS

Amanda Larson is a consultant in BFG’s Employee Benefit Services department. Amanda helps business owners develop, implement, maintain, and service benefit programs for their employees. In addition, Amanda’s responsibilities include managing relationships with clients through ongoing communication and review meetings. She also serves on BFG’s Financial Consulting Committee, which evaluates products and services offered by the firm.

Amanda began working at BFG as an intern in 2007 while attending UTSA and pursuing a finance degree. She was hired on as a full-time employee after graduating, and throughout the years, she has held every position in the Employee Benefits department. In December 2013, Amanda was promoted to consultant, with responsibilities that include assuring excellent service for clients of the Employee Benefits team.
