Q. What activity or person from your youth influenced you most and provided you with life wisdom?

A. Music has always been a part of my life, even from an early age. I started with choir, piano lessons, and numerous musicals throughout my childhood. The natural next step was to join the school band, where I played various instruments from ages 11-21. All of this experience hit a high note in my high school marching band and at my university. Hard work, sweat, and tears brought me some of the best years of my life, and I am so grateful for the perseverance and determination it created in me.

Q. How would your colleagues describe you and what you bring to the team and to clients?

A. I have a very unique role at Badger because I spend my day focusing on the firm’s Ministry, HR, and IT. Our employees are my #1 priority and I try to create a fun and positive culture where our employees can grow in their careers, work/life balance is achieved, and Badger is seen as their forever home.

Q. What would you say is the biggest opportunity for your clients today to achieve financial wellness?

A. Our clients should continue to discuss ways to improve their financial wellness with Badger! Our Accountants are prepared and ready to provide guidance.

Q. Which of the company’s core values resonates with you most?

A. Our core values are People First, Humility, Ownership, Results Matter, and Hustle. Each is important, and the one that resonates most with me is “People First.” Caring for others and being family-focused are key to creating a healthy work/life balance and a positive culture for our employees.
