Krystal graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a BBA in Finance and a Minor in Marketing. She brings over 10 years of finance and accounting experience to her role as Director of Operations at Badger CPA Firm.
Prior to joining Badger CPA, Krystal served in various roles at Tesoro Corporation including production accounting, inventory accounting, and corporate analytics. Krystal has experience standardizing processes around volume actualizations and was the liaison between accounting and the commercial group. Krystal and Shannon met in 2011 when Shannon joined Tesoro in their Risk Accounting group.
Krystal has been with Badger CPA for 5 years and oversees the Accounting and Tax teams. Clients love working with Krystal because of her strong communication and ability to lead teams in a way that encourages collaboration and teamwork. Krystal lives in San Antonio with her husband Daniel and their two children: Carter and Cassidy.
